The aim of Talent Return Room:
The North East of England region is a source of fantastic talent and has produced some of the world’s most high-profile Captains of Industry, rock stars, scientists and engineers. This survey will look to address and understand the push-pull factors that influence the flow of talent into and out of the North East.
We plan to survey a significant number of people to establish:
- Why people love to work in the North East area
- Why native North Easterners return to live and work here
- Why non-native talent has chosen to live and work here
- Why people might favour other areas over the North East in their search for work.
